Dr. Anne Bunde-Birouste is the Founder and CEO at Football United; Director at Creating Chances; Adjunct Senior Lecturer at UNSW; and Academic Board Member at Australian College of Physical Education (ACPE).
She also is the Convener of Health Promotion at the UNSW Graduate School of Public Health and Community Medicine.
Anne has extensive experience in international practice, policy and advocacy work focused on health, community participation and peace-building. Her work is recognised with several awards.

Dorcas is a women's rights development expert with 12 years of experience in the sports sector.
She is the Executive Director of Moving The Goalposts in Kenya. Dorcas has also collaborated with national and international sports federations and organizations, gaining in-depth insights into human rights approaches.

Franz was COO at OneFootball from 2018 to 2023. He previously worked as a Consultant at Oliver Wyman, and was also Co-CEO of Mykita.
Koch had also a long career at Puma where he served as CEO from 2011 to 2013.

Jim Bildner is the CEO of the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation. He is also a Lecturer at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard University. He serves on numerous non-profit and for-profit boards including the Kresge Foundation, the 12th largest foundation in the United States.
In his board service, he serves on more than 10 finance, audit and investment committees, including chairing the Kresge Investment committee with more than 4 billion dollars in its endowment. He earned his AB from Dartmouth College, his MPA from Harvard, his J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law and an M.F.A. from Lesley University. He is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has written numerous articles on entrepreneurship and creating impact for the media including the Stanford Social Innovation Review and the Harvard Business Review.

Juan was the first athlete joining Common Goal in 2017 and pledging 1% of his salary towards the wellbeing of our people and planet. He is recognised as co-founder of the Common Goal movement, alongside Jürgen Griesbeck and Thomas Preiss.
On the pitch, Juan has achieved considerable success in his illustrious career and played for some of the world’s biggest clubs. He has won the World Cup and two European Championships on the international stage and the Champions League at the club level.

Kasper is a Danish football manager and a former professional player. He studied sports at the University of Copenhagen and has a Bachelor of Science in sports focused on coaching.
He started his managerial career guiding FC Nordsjælland to the UEFA Champions League group stages and winning their first-ever Danish championship. Kasper is now the head coach for the Denmark national team and recently reached the semi-finals of the EURO 2020.

Luis is currently the Chairman of Europe’s athlete-led investment platform, APEX Capital. Previously, he was a member of the Management Board at FIFA as the first-ever Chief Digital Transformation & Innovation Officer.
Throughout his career, he has held different positions within Valencia CF, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Red Bull, as well as being a sports and commercial agent, managing some of the world's biggest football stars including Figo, Ronaldo and Shevchenko.

Moya is a former national team vice-captain of Australia, and a Partner at law firm Gilbert + Tobin. She is a member of Football Australia's Hall of Fame, and was one of the first few women on FIFA's Executive Committee from 2013-2016.
Moya has been and continues to be a leading advocate and champion for gender equality and inclusion in world football.

Sharon was the Deloitte Global Chair from 2019 – 2023. She has 37 years of experience auditing and advising clients across a broad range of sectors and spent more than three decades on various Deloitte and external not for profit boards, including 14 years on the Deloitte Global Board.

Victoire recently launched Mercury 13, a group set to invest $100 million into acquiring European and Latin American women's football clubs. Mercury 13 pays homage to the 13 women pilots who were excluded from NASA's astronaut programme on the basis of their gender and is the continuation of Victoire's extensive career driving gender equity in and through football.
An advocate for gender equality with UN Women and a Women in Sports Tech board member, Victoire also founded Gloria and co-founded SR All Stars, and is the former Vice President of women’s football at OneFootball.

Vivianne is a well-known Dutch footballer who plays for the Netherlands National Team and Arsenal FC. She has found the back of the net more times than any other Dutch footballer — male or female, and it took her just 110 games to score 100 goals for the Gunners.
Vivianne joined Common Goal in 2021, pledging 1% of her salary towards football for good programmes supporting young people in situations of violence around the world. She is also an ambassador of WarChild. Vivianne also holds a master's in Business & Marketing and firmly believes that football should be used to tackle social issues and give people joy and safety all over the world.
